OUR STORY

It provides deluxe, boutique style overnight accommodations, a bridal suite and five distinct outdoor entertainment areas. Don enjoys working with the cows at the Farm. Angie has always loved the character and craftsmanship of old homes. They are happy stewards of this beautiful historic home and welcome you to join them on their journey to bring the farmhouse back to life as the focal point of a destination wedding venue nestled in the Appalachian Mountains. Come meet our team and let us create a unique experience you will cherish forever.
I just got back from a weekend retreat that was hosted at Cherokee Creek Farm and it was the absolute PERFECT place for a relaxing getaway! From the moment I stepped foot on the property, I felt any and all stress melting away. The house, built in 1830, has been beautifully restored, updating it to include modern amenities while preserving as much of its original construction and beauty as possible. The grounds are peaceful and provide a respite from the busy-ness of every day life, with gently rolling lawns, a babbling creek, and lush plants and flowers everywhere you turn. The owner, Angie, and her right hand, Mary, are the kindest, most thoughtful, and welcoming people, ensuring that every detail of your stay is handled with care, anticipating needs before we could even think of them, and making us feel right at home at every opportunity. Our meals were catered nightly by the talented onsite chef, Chef Neal, who poured his abundant creativity, passion and flavor into each dish. You can tell how much love the owner and her entire team have put into designing this incredible space and curating a one-of-kind experience at Cherokee Creek Farm. I look forward to coming back to enjoy the sweet hospitality and peaceful escape again soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking to host an intimate retreat or event for their business or team!! Ashley Cox2023-10-30 Perfection! I can not recommend this venue enough. Attention to detail is not overlooked! The house accommodated the entire wedding party, all weekend, comfortably. Above and beyond is an understatement, vendors commented they have never seen a venue take care of their clients like Angie, and her entire staff did. Pictures do not do the venue justice. Go see it in person and meet the wonderful staff! Jessica Leonard2023-10-29 This place is amazing for a medium to large venue. Amazing history and beautiful property! Ben Proutey2023-09-07 This venue is absolutely stunning and the owners are incredible! I’m a photographer and I’ve attended/photographed quite a few weddings here over the years and it’s always a pleasure! Their staff does an amazing job coordinating, decorating, and accommodating for the needs of guests. Seriously can’t recommend this place enough! Nikki Elizabeth2023-07-29 I've photographed multiple weddings here, and it's a gorgeous spot! The owners are wonderful and very easy to work with. The farmhouse is classical but comfortable while the reception space is very modern and upscale, and the natural beauty is amazing.
